Walkie Talkie For PCTs

A walkie-talkie, also known as a handheld transceiver, is a two-way radio. Its development is credited to Donald Hings, Alfred J. Gross, Henryk Magnuski, and Motorola. But the walkie-talkie is far from new. It's been used for hundreds of years in a variety of applications, from emergency situations to police and military training. Before starting a new shift, PCTs should check their Walkie-Talkies to make sure they are working properly. Check the volume and pause when talking to patients. Otherwise, you risk cutting off their first words. The same goes for answering the caller.
