Auto Squelch The Cobra CXT145 automatically shuts off weak transmissions or unwanted noise due to terrain or range constraints. 10-channel Weather Radios Know the weather in advance with the built-in weather radio receiver, and be prepared for storms and emergencies. Roger Beep Confirmation tone indicates the completion of your transmission, and signals to others it is clear to talk. Power Saver Circuitry A unique circuit extends battery life when not transmitting or receiving. If there are no transmissions within 10 seconds, the unit will automatically switch to battery saver mode. Call Alert The call alert provides a recognizable alert for incoming calls. LCD Display The easy-to-view LCD display provides the radio’s status at a glance. Keystroke Tone Signal The kestroke tone signal confirms key activation. Speaker/Microphone/Charge Jack With speaker/microphone/charger jack, the Cobra CXT145 allows use of wall charger, or earphone speaker/microphones (not included) for “hands-free” operation.
